Redirect too many times
Description
There is a known issue with using Turnitin and Chrome after the latest version of Chrome is installed. Students may receive a new licensing agreement popup that shows up as a gray box and states that the site has redirected them too many times.
Resolution
To resolve the issue, accept the licensing agreement using Firefox.
- log out of Blackboard
- Log in again using Firefox
- Accept the licensing agreement
- Log out of Firefox
- Log into Google Chrome again
- Clear Browsing History
- Log into Blackboard and resume working
Once the licensing agreement is accepted, Chrome users will not be affected by the popup.
