About Continuous Improvement
A main goal of Quality Matters (QM) is continuous improvement. This goal is echoed by the college’s QEP and the CODE. A common witticism in education is the use or overuse of acronyms. This session offers eight (8) video segments that introduce some commonly used acronyms as they relate to education and continuous improvement. Please watch each video in this session listed below by following the links provided for each video. After viewing all videos, please submit a CTL ticket to request a professional development post-survey. In 2025 the CTL will further explore these topics and present strategies for how to best incorporate these items into your course(s) where possible.
