Issue

Third Party content does not load into the Blackboard course when using Chrome.

Error

No error is received.

Description

Instructors have reported when loading third party and publisher content the content does not show up after loading.

Resolution

Instructors should use Firefox to upload 3rd party and publisher content to courses.
