Print Faculty and Staff Development Rosters
Facilitators should print their roster ahead of each Professional Development session, have the attendees sign in to receive credit for the session, and return the signed roster to the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL). Participants should allow 3 to 5 business days for the credit to be awarded and reflected in the Intranet.
- From the Okta Single Sign On, select the Intranet icon/tile.

- Choose Faculty/Staff Development from the left menu.
- Choose Check Your Rosters to access a list of your Professional Development sessions.
- Locate the session in the pull down menu, then select Get Roster to access the attendee roster.

- Copy the course and roster information from the window, then paste into Word or Excel to create a sign-in sheet for your attendees.

- Use the Add Your Own section to include activities that you participate in that are offered outside of our college. If you have questions about if an activity qualifies for professional development, please contact your supervisor.
