Facilitators should print their roster ahead of each Professional Development session, and have the attendees sign in to receive credit for the session.


  • From the Okta Single Sign On, select the Intranet icon/tile.

  • Choose Faculty/Staff Development from the left menu



  • Choose Check Your Rosters to access a list of your Professional Development sessions



  • Locate the session in the pull down menu, then select Get Roster to access the attendee roster.



  • Copy the course and roster information from the window, then paste into Word or Excel to create a sign-in sheet for your attendees.
