Issue: 3rd Party content does not load into the course when using Chrome

Error: No error is received.

Description: Instructors have reported when loading 3rd party and publisher content the content does not show up after loading.

Resolution: Instructors should use Firefox to upload 3rd party and publisher content to courses.
