When users do not completely log out of Blackboard an internal error can occur the next time they attempt to log in.

Description

Users reported have reported an error message when trying to log into Blackboard.

Resolution  

When you are finished using Blackboard, it is important to logout instead of just closing the web browser. If you receive an error message when trying to log into Blackboard, clear your browsing history to proceed.
