When you are finished using Blackboard, it is important to logout instead of just closing your browser.  When you don't log out of Blackboard, an internal error can occur the next time you attempt to log in.  You will receive a User Error or an Authentication Error when you try to login again.

If you receive an error message when trying to log into Blackboard, you need to clear your browsing history to proceed.  Please see our article Clear Browsing History for directions.
