Obtaining Learning Objectives from the Knowledge Management System (KMS)

Access the Knowledge Management System (KMS) from your OKTA single sign-on (see image below). NOTE: OKTA tiles may appear in a different order or availability.

Then, where prompted, enter your Username or email and Password (see image below). You may be prompted to set up or use a multi-factor authentication. NOTE: If you do not see the KMS OKTA tile or cannot log into KMS, contact your dean.

Once in the KMS website, under “Application Support”, select “Program Management” (see image below).

Click “Go” under “Search Semester Curriculum” (see image below). NOTE: You may need to allow pop-ups from the website.

Select “Course Search”, “Enter Course Title”, then select “Search” (see image below). Screenshot showing KMS Curriculum Search menu


Locate the course title and select “View” to open the file as a PDF (see image below). NOTE: You may have to expand the result view to include all entries. Also, be sure to view the latest “Course Version”.

It is possible to copy and paste directly from the PDF though formatting will be lost. Another option is to export the PDF to Word and copy/paste from there, though some formatting may be lost using this method and require manual adjustments to tables, numbering, bullet points, etc.
