Blackboard Ultra Course Content Structure

As you begin the Ultra course redesign process, one of the primary goals is to maintain a consistent course structure.

Below is a course outline graphic showing the standardized course organization used to design courses. Your course may have a different number of modules and should be adjusted accordingly.

Blackboard Ultra Course Content Structure Example

Blackboard Table of Contents (TOC) in order of appearance: Announcements, My Grades, Start Here, Lessons, Virtual Classroom, Library Resources, Writing Center, Tutoring, and Blackboard Support.

Best practices suggest midterm and final exams should be in their own module numbered in chronological order and appear sequentially in the course content.
