How to export a PowerPoint presentation as a PDF document:
1. From the PowerPoint file, open the File menu, then select Export and Create a PDF/XPS Document.
2. Navigate to the location on your computer where you wish to save the file, make sure the file name is correct, then select the Publish button. If your PowerPoint includes presenter notes, you may be asked if you want to keep these notes in a separate layer before saving the file.
