The Retention Center Lesson Focus


The Retention Center helps instructors monitor student progress and provides information for encouragement and intervention.


After completing this lesson, the instructor will be able to:

  1. Create and customize Retention Center rules.
  2. Explain the different alert status results.
  3. Monitor a student.
  4. Send emails from within the Retention Center.
  5. Add, edit, and delete notes for individual students.
