Grading Submissions Lesson Focus


Grading submissions allows instructors to assess student data and learning outcomes.


After completing this lesson, the instructor will be able to:


  1. Grade various assessment types to include feedback to learner and grading notes.
  2. Grade an assignment using the inline grading tool.
  3. Grade an assessment using a rubric.
  4. Explain the difference between exempting, ignoring, and clearing attempts for assessment submissions.
  5. Exempt an assessment.
  6. Review My Grades using Student Preview Mode.
  7. Create and configure a student progress report.
