If you are locked out of your faculty Blackboard account, please try the following steps first:

  • Confirm that you are using the Google Chrome web browser
  • Update Google Chrome to the latest version as needed
  • Clear your browsing history using the "for all time" option


The Athens Technical College IT Department handles faculty email questions and concerns.  To request a faculty password reset, please follow the steps below:


  1. Go to our website: www.athenstech.edu
  2. Hover over Resources
  3. Choose Faculty & Staff
  4. Click Fac/Staff Email Password Reset in the left-side menu
  5. Complete the form


Notes:

Always include your alternate email address to receive instructions from IT.

Password resets are a manual process completed by our employees and may take a while to complete.

Requests made after regular business hours may not be resolved until the next business day.

Set up your self-service security questions so you can reset your password yourself.
